@ellefoxxx: Everyday I hear these excuses, “I work too much, I’m too tired, I didn’t have time, I couldn’t resist because it was in my cabinet, I drank and ate bad, I have a cold so I ate soup instead, I felt bad I ate that so I kept eating bad, I don’t like that food so I have been replacing it with this…” Infact I have heard a thousand more, excuses are endless and most of all MEANINGLESS! If you truly want something for yourself, you will MAKE it happen. I could think of thousands of reasons not to eat right or make time to workout hard. But for me, none of them overcome what I truly want - to look my personal best! And I compare and compete against no one but myself. How do I do this? How do I constantly have to overcome my excuses? It’s simple- it’s DISCIPLINE- it may not be fun or feel good now- but nothing feels tastes and is better then my ending success. Fuel your mind with motivation and control your mind with discipline. Once you implement this in your mind you can become unstoppable. Great things come to those who work hard for it and that goes for everything in life. Opportunities will pass you by if you don’t take advantage of them. Simple as that.
