I did heavy weights last night. So today at the gym I decided to go heavy again but different exercises than yesterday. I could not even lift one rep! I lowered the amount and tried again, same result. How embarrassing! Lesson learnt: give your body time to rest! Seriously I feel like all my strength is gone. Good thing I didn’t get hurt. Well my pride did, but whatever. Live to beast another day
