I’m starting to lose weight again, I’m now at 201. Down about 7lbs. Over the weekend I dropped to 199. First i weighed below 200 in 6 months. But I like my current range right now. Not too big and still have some definition
first pic of the year! i’m starting to get shredded again bit by bit, while keeping my mass. here i’m at 206lbs. i haven’t been able to workout as much as i used to in the past because i’m back in school full time and working (almost) full time hours. but it’s ok because i finished my last semester with STRAIGHT A’S!!!!yyyyeeeaaahhhhh!!!!
so i finally decided to post a pic of myself, as you can see i’ve gained some muscle mass and am not as defined as before but i’m working on getting cut again. i’m at 205lb right now. in the last pic i uploaded here i was at about 193 or so. so yeah, there you have it. this is how weight gain looks like
I looked in the mirror today and the definition in my torso is coming back!! My changes in diet and exercise are working!! It looks like I’ll be able to keep my mass and still get shredded! My birthday is in December and I wanna push myself to see if I can get in the best shape of my life before I’m 24!
So I’ve been gaining a lot of mass. Muscle mass. This summer I was at 185lb to 190. Today I topped the scales at 212 (with my scrubs on). This muscle mass has been coming mostly from my quads getting bigger and more recently my glutes (Im not too excited about the glutes. My butt is already big the way it is lol oh well… it’s these genes) . anyways I think it’s pretty cool that I gained about 20lbs without using any supplements or protein. The down side to my gains is that I gained a bit of fat too. But I’m working on shedding now. So I’m getting back on my diet and working on being shredded. And getting bigger calves too. Hopefully I can post a pic up soon
Progress pic. Still in maintenance mode but slowly cutting. I started doing cardio again, once a week. Tonight was the first time working out in half a month but my muscles got enough rest and I destroyed it at the gym too!
