Yess!! Just as I thought, I’m well within reach of my goal of running 3 miles in 21 minutes!!! I was 8 seconds shy of running in the 21 minute range! I even beat my last time by 31 seconds! despite the weight gain, I’m running at speeds I used to when I was 20 pounds lighter!
Just funished running 3 miles in just under 24 minutes. Not bad for a guy over 200 pounds. Last time i ran this fast I was 20 pounds lighter
Progress pic. Still in maintenance mode but slowly cutting. I started doing cardio again, once a week. Tonight was the first time working out in half a month but my muscles got enough rest and I destroyed it at the gym too!
here’s a pic i took just yesterday. I’m staying toned while maintaining my mass which I’m happy about. I’m still working on cutting as much fat as I can without having to go on a totally strict diet
