you can have curves and still be fit. so don’t be ashamed of yours because i’m sure as heck not ashamed of mine

pic from my bodybuilding show several months back. we first had a photo shoot outside. it was crazy. cars honking as they drove by, women screaming and hollering. fun experience. i weighed 176lbs back then. now i’m up to 190. not sure when or if i’ll compete again. but until i decide, i’m staying in “good enough” shape so that i’m always within range of whatever choose to do
i haven’t posted any pics of me for the last couple of weeks. sorry about that. here’s a fresh new afro-fitted set just like i promised!
here’s a pic i took just yesterday. I’m staying toned while maintaining my mass which I’m happy about. I’m still working on cutting as much fat as I can without having to go on a totally strict diet
the truth is you can have a six pack eating whatever you want as long you workout… a lot! However, I do not recommend this because it is unhealthy and it will catch up with you and also you’ll be holding yourself back from having waaay better abs.
afroFit Tip: The best away to get abs is to incorporate a healthy diet (low to zero fat, low to zero sugar, and very low to no processed foods) and a consistent workout routine that involves core exercises, plenty of cardio, and weight lifting to keep your metabolism burning like a furnace.
